Also includes boiler water make-up tank and chemical feed tank and pump. Programable Logical Controller Cabinet with 17 controllers to reverse flow of water in dye kettles. Hussong Walker and Davis Greenville Steel end propeller dye machines: 5- Kettles max. cap. Ranging from 16 lbs. to 400 lbs. 4- kettles max. cap. Ranging 500 lbs. to 675 lbs. Kettles were refurbished in late 90's. 1- American Monex Stainless Steel Extractor with 48" basket 4- Yarn Skein Carts 2- Gorbel Overhead Hoist Support Systems (works with kettles) 18' x 60' x 13'6" and 14' x 37' x 12'6" 2- 2 ton CM Loadstar Hoists 1- 1 ton CM Loadstar Hoist 1-1/2 ton hoist 4-Trane Stearn Heaters with Thermostats and controls for dry room 2-2 ton Air handlers with ductwork and controls 3-3,000 gal. fiberglass wastewater treatment tanks 1- water reclaim system with 1200 gal. fiberglass tank and one 900 gal. stainless steel tank; (2) Grundfos Stainless pumps 1-Sparling Ecopac 11 flow meter with Parshall Flume to meter wastewater discharge. 1- Digital PH meter and pumps to control wastewater 2- Gilbos GF10J Winders with BEX Skein Expanders Building and land in the Carolinas.
