Description	Model 1418, tray tenter type, high performance sample dryer uses an adjustable pin frame for samples up to 14" x 18" between pins. Repeat process sampling is easily accomplished via a power frame transport system with digital timer, audible completion alarm, and automatic sample ejection. The forced air system with fine tuning of top & bottom supply of the flow balance yields a broad range of air velocities. A variable speed fan option expands the range of flow parameters. 12 kW industrial electric heater bank provides for process temparatures exceeding 460 deg F. The large mass of the dryer oven assures minor temperature variations and quick recovery to optimum process settings during the insertion of samples. The sample dryer is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel to assure years of trouble free service. Features: Outer panels of SS. Inner oven enclousre of SS with extensive insulation between the inner and outer cabinet. Approximate exterior dims of 42"W x 42"D x 54"H. Removable cover panels. Top & bottom forced air supply with adjustable damper for fine tuning the air flow. Pressure gauges for monitoring the air flow. 12 kW electric heater bank. Digital temperature controls for precise control and monitoring of the process temperatures. Automated pin frame transport system with removable pin frame for easy sample arrangement. Air operated lid control to speed cool down. Digital time control for sample duration period with a range of 2 seconds to 60 hours. Complete safety features to prevent overtemp conditions. Includes 1 pin frame - adjustable in both directions.
