Description	This line delivers up to 1500 pounds per hour of coating polymer to the fabric. All production coating will need to be based on the 1500 pounds per hour of coating polymer. The line will run in excess of 800 feet per minute. The following components are included in the line: Hydraclaim Blender, 4 component. Unwind Craddle. J-Scray (2000 yard capacity), 20 to 24 feet high, with sewing machine. EDM Core System using air bladder mandrels. 3 Roll Guide, Hydraulic Turret Unwind System. Roll Stand and Nip to set Tension. Brush/Vacuum Box. Dust collection and filtering system. Erhardt/Liemer Table Guide. Metal Detector. Glenro Electric Oven. 30" Chill Roll. 20" Nip Roll. Bow roll. Control Console w/Heater Temperature Controls for die. (CMR1000/2000 Process Control System) One video Screen not Working. Inspection Rolls with Tension Control. Roll Stand with cutting Wheels. Bow Roll. Center Winder. Serrated Cutting Blade for Doffing. Unload Table. Control Console for Winding and Doffing. Unload Core System. Overhead Crane System over Exit end. Doff Table. 100 ton Chiller. 2000 Gallon Glycol Tank for Chiller w/ Pumps. Indoor Chilled Water Pumping System for Chilled Rolls. Two 800 Amp Electrical Panels with all breakers. 332 Kva Isolation Transformer for Extruder Drive. 5" Extruder with 300 hp Motor and Drive, 32:1L/D. 164" coat Hanger Die. Exhaust Fan for Die Heat and fumes. Eurotherm Drive System and Heat control panel. Glenro Oven and NDC Panel for 2 NDC gauges. (2) NDC gauges. Spare Nip Roll. Spare 5"Screw. Some Spare Parts. Working Cart on Rollers and Die holder. Spare Chill Roll-(Needs to be Rebuilt. All Machine Rolls are at least 157' Wide. Tools.
