This TEXPA Model 146 machine takes fabric from a roll and does the following: Cuts the fabric from both ends, makes tuck ins, inserts a label and cross hems the towel from both ends. Machine dimension: 10m x 3m Finished towel's size: Minimum width: 30cm Maximum width : 160cm Minimum length: 30cm Maximum length: 180cm Hems size: 12mm to 15mm German make and can produce three lines of 50 cm wide, two lines 84 cm and one line of any width size of up to 160cm. The production rate on average for the bath towels is 1200pcs/ per hour (approx 25,000 per day with 21 hours operation).
