Description	(2) 160" mandrels, (1) shaft / mandrel puller, Crown electric lift with pan for loading rolls, auto traversing cutting head (front to back and side to side), 57" diameter steel cutting blade with blade sharpener and driven by 34.5 hp Morse motor/gearbox, control console, and hydraulic system. - Blade is 230v 3/60, balance of machine 440v. - Reliance Max-Pak VS drive 230v (plant ran 440v primary). - Hydraulic system 15 hp 230/460v AC with reservoir. - Loading drive is 10 hp. - Rolls loaded onto pan on Crown Lift, loading arms are lowered, shaft is inserted and the arms pick up the roll/mandrel and lock into position. The roll is turned while the blade is turning to make cut. The cut roll is lowered to the pan and the shaft puller removes the mandrel from the core. Requires 7" cardboard core.
