Polyester Staple Fiber Manufacturing Equipment Liquidation

ALLSTATES Textile Machinery has been chosen as the EXCLUSIVE liquidator of Wellman's Johnsonville, South Carolina USA staple fiber operations. Wellman, Inc., a world renown supplier of polyester fibers, has ceased production of this facility.

ALLSTATES will be offering this equipment to "approved" buyers in the coming weeks. Five complete and 1 partial fiber spinning and drawing units are available with a total capacity of ~ 245 million lbs per year. Spinning line capacities are 18 million, 40 million, and 68 million lbs per year. Complete details will be available shortly.

ALLSTATES Textile Machinery has been chosen as the EXCLUSIVE liquidator of RSW Yarns' Charlotte, NC polypropylene filament extrusion operation. Both undrawn multifilament and FDY yarns for upholstery were manufactured at this location. This plant has recently ceased operations. It is currently available as a going concern or equipment can be sold piecemeal. The facility has a prime location on Interstate 85 in Charlotte , NC.
