Description	Working width 110" wide (~ 2800mm). Line only run in trials and is still under power. Includes: Fiber & web forming equipment. Curing oven w/ aux equipment, cross cutter, stacker & winder. Recuperative thermal oxidizer (RTO) to treat oven exhaust. Dust filtration system with recycling of fiber & resin. Phenolic powder resin supply system. Siemens S7 complete electric control system. Last used processing fiberglass but can be used for process other fibers. Fiber Blend Capabilities: Glass Fiber E glass up to staple length of 3 ¼ inch 100%. Glass Fiber Blends with any Man Made Fibers such as PET-PA or Rayon. Glass Fiber Blends with any of the above plus Organic Fibers such as Cellulose, Wood, Newspaper, Cotton and all Natural Fibers Bi-Co Fibers used as Binder Fiber with a Staple Length of 2 " and a Dtex Range from 3 to 10. Minimum Blend Ratio is 8% for each Fiber Component. Blend Accuracy with the use of our controls and weighing system as offered +/- 2%. Web Forming Capabilities: Minimum Weight with 100% Glass Fiber is 35 to 40 g/ft². Maximum Weight with 100% Glass Fiber is 300 g/ft². Product Loft with 100% Glass Fiber at lowest Weight and Fiber. Length of 3 inch is 45 to 55 mm. Product Loft with 100% Glass Fiber at highest Weight is 250 mm. Product Weight Accuracy if our weight and control system is in use will be +/- 3% in Machine & Cross machine Direction. Fiber Distribution and Product Appearance at lowest weight +/- 5%. Phenolic Resin Capabilities: Powder Introduction Rate into the Web Former is min of 10% and a Traditionally the amount of Binder Resin in use is between 18 to 22% in relation to the Fiber Weight. Powder Distribution within the product at an Accuracy of +/- 3%. Production Capacities per hr. with a max. working width of 110 in. With the lowest Production Weight of 35 to 40 g/ft² 14 m/min and 1,660 lb/hr. With a Product Weight of 100 g/ft² 16 m/min or 52 ft/min and 4,000 lb/hr. Higher Product Weight (e.g.) 200 g/ft² 8 to 9 m/min or 26 to 30 ft/min at 4,000 lb/hr.
