Description3000mm working width, 70mm stroke, double board, needle density 2x1500 needles / meter, (4) needle boards, 1000 rpm stroke, 50 hp 480v. Needle boards drilled for steel insets which will also accept nylon inserts. Delivery rollers with reduction gear na adapter; 1 knurled roller and 1 pressure roller rubber covered. Stitching plates made with conical holes and stripper will be opened at delivery side for dust removal. Dust system underneath stitching plates with dust suction nozzles at delivery side arranged across full width. Automatic central lubricating system for eccentrics and crankshft bearings with temperature control on eccentric. Made for medium weight products. Reported limited use on lightweight synthetics.
