Description This plant consists of (2) spinning lines currently running high tenacity multifilament polypropylene. (1) SML Extrusion Line, 2000 year, type Astrofil LMF4/FDY/HT. Extruder 75mm, 30:1 L/D. (4) Sahm 200R Winders, 2 threads each, 2500 mpm. (1) SML Extrusion Line, 2002 year, type Astrofil LMF8/FDY/HT. (1) Extruder 75mm, 30:1 L/D. (4) Barmag ASW Winders, capable of running 2 or 4 threads per winder, 2500 mpm. Auxillary equipment includes: Berg model PR20 air cooled chiller with a Blanchardness cooling tower. Compare 6000C 6075AH 75 hp air compressor. Motivair model MDX800 air dryer. Ultrasonic and electric vac furnace die cleaners Resin Silo and Hamilton vacuum loading system.
