Machine	SPUHL ANDERSON Model SS-1/SS-2 Napkin Machine.
Description	Sews four sides using two sets of left and right hand sewing machines. Can be set up to sew overlock (pearled) stitch edges using MERROW machines or hemmed edges on four sides using PEGUSAS 515 5 Thread machines. Maximum witdth - 36". Maximum length 36" Produces napkins for Retail and Institutional distribution. Machine can also be set up to sew Pillow Ticks and Decorative Pillow Shells. Owner now has machine set up to sew two side hems and cut. He manually hems the other two sides. He has determined that this method produces better quality. However, to produce overlocked edges, he uses all four sewing stations. Machine comes with four MERROW Machines(two left and two right hand) and two PEGASUS 515 machines (one left and one right hand). Production Rate - Four side MERROW stitch: 800 - 900 units per hour. Two sides chain stitch and cut: 12,500 units per day. Have videos to send via e-mail. YOC: 1994. ELECTRICALS: 220 V, 3 PHASE, 20 AMPS.
