|Description||Baler with top and bottom sill, 14? dia. 5,000 psi ram, lift box cylinders and tramper cylinder, follow block and platens for 6 straps and 3 girth straps, power turning, ARMA hydraulic power unit, hydraulic piping from power unit to lift box cylinders, tramper cylinder and ram, pneumatic fiber feeder, master control console with Allen Bradley PLC, set of Lummus drawings, PLC program on a diskette and in printed form.
To include stationary screen condenser with steel supports, platforms, guardrails and ladder.
The tramper cylinder is also new and the main hydraulic cylinder was installed in 2006. The hydraulic power unit (powered by 100 hp motor) has new pumps and new hoses which were installed at the same time the new lift box cylinders were installed. The boxes are 27" x 54" and the finished bale size using a 10'-3" bale tie is 27" x 54" x 42". Hydraulic capacity will pack out an 800 pound bale,but fiber producers know that when you go over 600 lbs.
Per compression test on this baler: The dimensions of a finished bale out of the 380 ton press are 27" x 54" x43" = 62,694 cu in divided by 1,728 cu in/ cu ft = 36.28125 cu ft x 28 lbs per cu ft (density capability of the press) = 1,015.875 lbs.
NOTE: Last used blending 36 bales per hour with 2 men. Tieing out with ropes. 500 lb. bales|
