Description	Refurbished Auto-Tie Horizontal Baler. Model: 4475G-10 (E980). S/N: B0122-0B-3899529. Equipped with a Quick Panel II Touch Screen Computer Operating System by Total Controls Corporation. Air over Compression Cylinder System on all three compression points. Wire Tie System by Balemaster (5 ties), added dog system to floor, top, sides by factory designed to produce superior plastic bales (can be removed). This model E980 Refurbishment includes, but is not limited to: (A) 10" Main cylinder disassembled, repacked, assembled and tested. (completed). (B) Press head (steel ram) removed from unit, inspected and repaired as necessary; wear on side of ram (completed). (C) 75 HP motor, Electrical system has been examined and unit functions well. All electrical components tested and repaired or replaced as necessary. (In process). (D) Hydraulic system fully operational. All pumps and valves tested and will be repaired or replaced if necessary. (E) Auto tier & Inserter Refurbished, tested and repaired as necessary (many new parts-wheels, rollers etc) (in Process). (F) The entire unit has been steamed cleaned, will be prepped and painted to the colour of your choice. (G) The Balemaster 980 model does not have a hopper. Setwest Equipment will fabricate a hopper per drawing supplied by you for a cost to be determined.
