Description	1971 year reconditioned 2010. Includes feed, double condenser sections, exit conveyor. NO electric controls and will require new controls for the whole line. Good for lightweight materials. In addition to controls the machine will require a large fan for suction on the condenser section and the hopper feed is without an extended tower feeder. These Airlay Sheet Forming Machines were quite flexible and suitable for many natural or synthetic fibers. However, a low limit of fiber thickness around 3 denier (3,3 dtex) should be considered. Furthermore, fibers should not be too long - a maximum of ~3". Thick and short is much easier than thin and long! Possibility of products mainly follows the selection of fibers/blends and way of consolidation (e.g. needle-felting or thermobonding). In addition to controls the machine will require a large fan for suction on the condenser section and the hopper feed is without an extended tower feeder.
