Model W1-24x36 1 - Fiber Controls Lo-Melt opener - Model M6VDx36 1 - Wise - Model WA-6x56 Feeder box 1 - Wise - Model SCC-3X56 shaker chute 1 - Rollaweight 1 - Wise 60" Model G239 garnett with double doffer and combs. 1 - Wise - HB-72x100 Crosslapper 1 - floor apron - 120" x216' 1 - floor apron - 100"x198" 1 - Wire Craft Oven - conveyor type - 100" working width. It was running between 360-370 degrees F. 1 - Cross cut 1 - Slitter - was running two heads but has room for two more. The line is set up to accommodate either Lo-Melt bonding or pillow stuffing. After the garnett the web can be sent to the crosslapper and then to the oven for Lo-Melt bonding and into the cooling zones and finally cutter and slitter. Or the web can be sent to two floor aprons and on to the batt roll-up/doffer and then to the Wise stuffer.
