Description	- gas fired, 1998 yr, 3 pass, belt, resin application spray stations. - Dryer can be separated by taking the top zone off. Zone 1 & 2 in one unit and Zone 3 on top. - Speed up to 55 feet per minute. - Last used to process quilt batting (light resin), geo textiles (heavy resin) and FR Barrier (thermal bond for mattress industry). - Technical Data: - Material width at entrance -3500mm (138") - Conveyor width - 3600mm (142") - Mechanical Line speed - 2-20 m/min. - Production Rate - 1,000 lbs per hour - Water evaporation capacity -463 lbs (2 tiers, based on 1.5oz/square feet at 17' per min.) - Maximum Temp. -482 F -250 C - Oven is approximately 16 feet wide by 20 feet long. Plus add on another 10 feet on either end for the spray stations. Overall ~16'W x 40'L. Currently disassembled into 4 main sections.
