Description	2 Cylinder, doffmaster, Booth 3 roll Even Card Roller Drafter with autoleveler, 1000mm x 48" coiler with can changer, Davis & Furber tandem feeds with shaker chute on finisher, PLC controls, metal detection system. Reported $68k in electrical upgrades in 2007. Spare rolls, screens, and feed hopper aprons available at additional cost. NOTE: According to manufacturer?s brochure, the Evencard drafter is designed to reduce the density of long staple (6" to 10") sliver for the ensuing process. With the integral auto leveler it will measure and maintain this sliver density at a constant rate. Placed between the card and coiler the total web may be drafted down to the sliver density desired for the next process. This approach avoids the introduction of side to side variations and with the auto leveling helps maintain consistent sliver size.
