Description	- Fitted with 6 razor cutters (more can be added). - Surface winder station, can handle rolls up to 50" diameter (1270mm) and 4,000 lbs. - Winder has 7 1/2" hp gear reducer, 480v. With Toshiba inverter. - Feed station is composed of (2) let-offs and (1) empty shaft resting station (temp shaft storage). - MAXIMUM SPEED: 100 Yards per minute (90 meters per minute) - Includes 8 overhead lights, yardage/meter counter with pre-determined stop. Surface wind roll center to center. Distance is adjustable to accommodate different roll material and different material thickness. Will wind on 3" (75mm) paper tubes. 6" (150mm) or other diameters can be accommodated. - Front-to-back floor space dimensions including feed station is 20'. - No Auto-doffing. No edge guides.
