| Description | AWT Pro-Light 1 Direct Method Exposure, Unit Size: 29"x 51", self-contained exposure unit with banks of focused fluorescent UV tubes. Screens exposed on the Pro-Light 1 hold excellent details and fine lines for sharp, clear images with emulsions or films. The non-porous, flexible rubber blanket, quiet vacuum motor, and photo-clear glass combine to produce accurate copy transmittal and minimize undercutting.
Pro-Light I has easy-to-use controls, including a 15-minute digital timer that shuts off automatically. 115 v.
1 - AWT Cure-Tex Textile Dryer without cap panel
Size: unit is 84" (213 cm) L. × 39" (99 cm) W., with a conveyor width of 24" (61 cm). 12 dozen garments per hour, solid state temperature controls and heavy duty chamber insulation to deliver heat efficiently to the garment and minimize energy consumption. A Fiberlon belt ensures long belt life and easy tracking. 208-240V.

A standard safety screen prevents accidental contact while printing and high density radiant heat panels assure reliable and even heat distribution for fast cure rates.

Dynamic 4-Color Screen Printer, the three adjuster barrels allow you to position screens in perfect registration after the screen is clamped. Each station includes one 14" × 14" neck platen with a white, easy-clean surface. Simple, fast set-up and a registration system give you the ability to print precise four-color (or three-, two-, or one-color) designs in perfect registration on clothing and other items. Also have approximately 20 containers of ink, 3 squeegees, and spatulas. Machines are 3 years old and have hardly been used.
