Description	2000 yr, designed to handle 120" x 6" diameter air shafts. The tooling is a mechanical gripper designed to grip onto a 6" diameter shaft or a 6" bushing on a 3" diameter air shaft. Sequence of operation is to grip the shaft of a roll that is positioned on a cart that is 12" high and either pull away the cart or slide the shaft out from the roll. The operator can then load another core on the shaft and then use the manipulator to place it back on the machine. The manipulator will allow 360 degree continuous rotation at the unit's main axis, 300 degree rotation between parallelogram and terminal arm, and 360 degree rotation at the tooling's vertical axis. The manipulator is equipped with brakes at all vertical and horizontal axis. The manipulator has an adjustable vertical limit bar for setting maximum upper and lower limits. The manipulator is equipped with a pneumatic safety system in case of handling error or air loss. Capacity: 500 lbs. (285 lbs. at tooling). Maximum reach: 98"; Ceiling Height: +240"; Air Required: 100 psi. clean, dry, oil free.
