Descriptiontype 4008, 1999 yr, ~55 kg/hr capacity. Consisting of: Gravimetric dosing system - (1) Process Control and (1) Colortronic - 1 for polymer and 2 for additives. Extruder 60mm x 30:1 L/D, 5 heat zones. ~(12) 72 hole round spinnerets. Heated godets. (2) Type 2002 R, 2 cop hi-speed automatic winders, 94mm ID x 300mm, 2900 m/min, doffing carts. Electrical - 400v 200A Natural / white tenacity is 7 gr/den - Colors tenacity to 5.5 gr/den. Some spare parts available. Reported well maintained and last running heavy dtex to 2200 dtex however can run fine yarns but with less output. Stopped end of Jan 2020. Still installed but no longer under power.
