Designed to produce fully drawn yarn in sheath / core configuration. Two 1.5" extruders 30:1 with 8 threadlines each. After Quench and Finish application, the yarn is drawn in a two stage draw zone followed by a relax zone. There is a tension control zone to enable yarn entanglement prior to wind-up. One spinning position is fully equipped while the second position does not include the systems from below Finish Application through Toray Model TW 531/4 winders.
The fiber produced is a sheath-core with sheath polymer and PA-6,6 Core. The Bicomponent Spinning Machine has the capability of varying the composition from 50% to 70% by mass of PA-6,6 and 30% to 50% of the sheath polymer. The Bicomponent Spinning Machine is capable of FDY processing (excluding Winding) over a speed range of 1500 - 4000mpm and Winding speed range of 2000 - 4000mpm. Drawn denier range is 30 - 120 per thread-line (180-denier is possible). Products at denier range of 120 to 240 are made by combining ends. Additional details available upon request. |
