Descriptionelectrically heated water cooled (closed loop) barrel at approximately a 42" centerline height. Gearbox has a ratio of approximately 17:21 and is direct driven in a wrap-around manner by a 300 HP Reliance DC motor with SCR control. Gearbox is rated at 562 HP at a service factor of 1.5. On-center feed throat measures 8" x 12". C-clamp on discharge. Includes free standing temperature panel with Eurotherm 94 controllers and operator control panel. Manufactured 12/83. Machine reported in very good condition.
