Descriptionmaximum capacity, temperature controlled by steam flow to crystallizer. 4' dia x 27' long. 100 hp motor, age ~ late 1970's early 1980's. Stainless steel inside with carbon steel shell. Weight ~15-20,000 lbs each. To be confirmed: Controls type 2-UR180 4173 Yokogawa 3 ch pen type chart recorders. Each crystallizer has (2) Agastat TD relays and 8 pin relays for control application. Several Allen Bradley (on/off) swithces. CTs in mccs & all amp meteres in one large panel for all crystallizers. Relays can be removed from common panel but customer would have to build his own panel. 150 PSI with 0 to 100 RPM Pressure Design. Stainless Steel construction excellent condition with 8" or 12" in & out w/Roto lock. The crystallizers were running polyester.
