Description	working width, semi-automatic large format counter roll type to make smaller diameter rolls, 183 mpm / 600 fpm speed. Single position unwind 72" diameter with adjustable width, 50 HP motor, drive, Fife edge guide, no shaft included. Light inspection section. (2) Trim winders with 10 HP motors and drives. 50" diameter rewind with (2) 9.5" dia drums, (2) 30 HP motors and drives. Nordson automatic cut & glue system, on traveling head with cutoff knife. Nordson system applies two lines of glue and knife cuts between them, one bead seals the finished roll while other bead glues the web to the new core. Allen-Bradley drive system and Allen-Bradley PLC, HMI in operator panel. NOTE: Missing set of load cells on idler roll above inspection area which control drive for tension on regen unwind.
