Description	Working width 100mm (4") to 1900mm (74"). The coating head can dispense collapsible and/or stable foam along with paste coat. The depth of the coating can be varied. We used the coating system primarily to apply a collapsible FR foam with a 90 gsm dry add on which then collapsed into the fabric and was heat set near the surface. However with a stable foam I would imagine 1/4", 1/2 and possibly higher depths could be achieved. Paste coats could also apply substantial depths but suspect the water content would create a major problem with heavier applications re curing. Includes a HANSA Foam Generator (1994 yr). Both reported to have been completely refurbished as new. Designed for FR coating for upholstery fabric applications. Seller will offer 2 (free) weeks expert training with purchase but buyer will be responsible for all of seller's travel and hotel expenses. An exception would be a sale to a country with present safety concerns but that can be discussed as needed.
