Description	DYNISCO Metering Pump Drive. Modified with 3/4 hp m15678 otor and 28:1 gear reducer. (Original 5 hp motor with coupling still available). FET Draw Frame, 2300 mpm max, consisting of: 1 Air Quench System 1300 mm L x 400 mm W screen. 1 Cooling fan (can be water cooled). 1 Finish oil Pump System 2 x 0.16 cc/rev with dual applicators. 1 Draw Module composed of: ? 1 Set of Heated Godet Ų 150 x 120 mm - Take Up ? 1 Set of Heated Godet Ų 150 x 120 mm - Second set ? 1 Set of Heated Godet Ų 150 x 120 mm - Third set (Take off) 1 set of Intermingling System (2 ends). Spin finish applicators for 2 ends. BARMAG LFW 35 Winder, for 2 or 4 ends, can run up to 3500 m/min but modified to fit draw frame speed. Computer Control System to control all temperatures and speeds. Spin block and dies available. Line last used for absorbable and non-absorbable FOY medical fiber applications with PET, nylon, and PP. The process can produce two ends at a time so most of the dies are set up to be split. They are 3.5" in diameter. 2 - 54 hole (2 x 27) 4:1 2 - 54 Hole (2 x 27) 2:1 1 - 52 Hole (2 x 26) 4:1 1 - 48 Hole (2 x 24) 4:1 1 - 46 Hole (2 x 23) 4:1 1 - 44 Hole (2 x 22) 4:1 1 - 40 Hole (2 x 20) 4:1 2 - 36 Hole (2 x 18) 4:1 2 - 35 Hole (17 and 18 ends) 4:1 3 set of breaker plates and about 1000 candle filters (if needed). Some winder tubes also available. Line originally included a 1.5" Killion Extruder & dryer but has been sold. See Item # 11259 for possible extrusion option to add to this line. It includes a Bouligny 1.5" Extruder with 24:1 L/D, Radial Spin Head, electrically heated, 4 stream spin pump, Radial inflow quench head. This extruder & pump would be available at an additional cost.
