VERSALINE Curing / Drawline, 2006 yr.
Item Number14981
Quantity1
MachineVERSALINE Curing / Drawline, 2006 yr.
Description - It consists of a creel tension stand (no creel), (3) modular 2 roll godets, a 2 roll applicator station, oven, (3) more modular 2 roll draw units, followed by several Leesona takeup winders. - The godets are 7-5/8" dia x 11" face. The 1st and last godet stand do NOT appear to be heated but (4) stands are identified as "HOT". Godets are on casters and can be moved. - The oven is 12" wide x 21' long, 3 zones, electric heat (gauge to 400-450 deg C). There are (2) yarn guides at entry and on exit. The exhaust pipes are marked "HOT" but could not identify how heated. Can only assume it is electrically heated. - Additional info from the original order: - Each drawstand position will include (1) Yaskawa F7 drive with Siemens PM Synchronous motors. The drives will be mounted at the drawstand. They will receive power from the Siemens DC rectifier included which will allow for positional regeneration. Keypad kits for mounting the drive keypad in the drawstand cover will allow the operator to set drive speed set points and start and stop the drives. One Siemens motor will drive each exiting (1) motor hollow shafts, thus driving the rolls. The existing motors will be disconnected from power but will be left in place for the heated roll power and to act as a drive shaft for the rolls. Each stand will have one drive controlling two motors. The system should be geared in 2:1 to run approx 600 mpm up to motor constant torque base speed and 1200 mpm constant horsespower overspeed. The 2x2 hp motors can generate 29,000 grams tension up to 600 mpm and will decrease linerarly to 14,500 grams tension at 1200 mpm. The 2x5 hp motors can generate 66,000 grams tension up to 600 mpm and will decrease linearly to 33,000 grams tension at 1200 mpm. With a gear and belt change for a 1:1 ratio, the 2 x 5 hp motors can generate 33,000 grams tension up to 1200 mpm and will decrease linearly to 16,500 grams tension at 2400 mpm. This is not a coordinated system for starting, stopping, accel, decl, speed following. Roll speeds will be set at each stand and start/stop at each stand. Speed follower circuits were optional and not known whether they are included or not.
