DescriptionCustom built by the company that owns it. Was used at the end of a nonwoven line but can be used as a separate work station as well. A totally programmable cutting machine which can be indexed to cut various cutting widths as desired. Comes with a 32" diameter cutting blade. When inspected and demoed, the recycle time was set for 10 seconds but it can be increased or decreased as desired. The blade comes with a self sharpening system. The blade is carried back and forth via Kevlar belt system. Feed rolls are air activated. OAD: 208" L. x 10' 5" T. x 8' 3" wide. 460v, 3 phase.
