| Description | (1) Bale Buster - 100 amp / 480 VAC.
Breaks down compressed bales of bottles.
Estimated throughput 1,000 to 5,000 lbs./hr., via a variable speed control. Bales can be loaded from the side of the machine. Once loaded, the baling wire can be cut and removed from the bale with a wirepuller.
(1) Trommel - Power requirements included with the Bale Breaker. Small debris and bottle caps are removed from the process as the material is tumbled through the Trommel.
(1) Hempstead Shredder- 300 amp, 480 vac, 125 hp.
Shreds bottles and material into 1.5" x 10" strips.
Estimated throughput 3,000 to 4,000 lbs./hr.
(1) Crossbelt Magnetic Separator - 20 amps,480v 7.5 hp. Removes ferrous metals from the process thereby protecting down stream equipment.
(1) Cresswood Shredder model HF-7870-125A,
300 amp, 480v, 125hp. Shreds material down to a 1" flake. Estimated throughput 3,000 to 5,000 lbs./hr. Uses 98 replaceable cutters., Screw auger discharge. Grinding head: 20" dia, 70" length.
Discharge conveyor- w/cross belt separator.
(1) Cumberland Granulator Model 50B. 200 amp, 480 v, 100 hp, 1200 rpm. Open rotor, 5 knife.
Downsizes the material to a 3/8" flake. Hard facing on cutting chamber and rotor for extended life.
Estimated throughput 2,000 to 3,500 lbs./hr. depending on the bulk density of the material.
Material Conveying and Separation system.
Material is blown to the SWECO where the fines are separated from the usable material. The material is then auger fed into a silo, 700 cu ft. Additional storage silos included 2000 cu ft each.
Washline
300 amp, 480v. Requires gas service for boiler and dryer 2" line, as well as sanitary service.
1.89mbtu for gas fired dryer.
2.512 mbtu for gas fired boiler.
1,400 to 6,000 lbs./hr. throughput depending on the material.
Water treatment - Includes a Sweco fines separation system and ph neutralizer. |
