For the manufacture of monofilament yarns between 0,08mm and 1,20 mm diameter. Suitable for PP, PET, PBT and PA6, PA66 and PLA and others both PP and HDPE only. 30 Kg/hour production capacity (PET material)
Features:
Raw material aspirator.
2 component volumetric dosing for additives and master batch, 15cc dosing pump, 5 zone temp control head for better security on TEX (2003).
Recycling water bath with temp control to 80 deg C.
Extruder 45mm dia x 1260mm long (28:1 L/D), 4 temperature control zones, AC motor + inverter to HZ (2003 year).
Changer with 5 components for die, pre die, filter, superior casing and inferior casing.
(22) die plates/spinnerets - 6 to 140 holes but most are 120 and 140 holes.
(4) Drawstands, with rollers 160mm dia x 530mm long. DS 1-3 with 7 rollers and DS 4 with 3 rollers.
Drawstands have chain drive with speed regulation and frequency shifter and chromium plated rollers in full working order.
Draw stand 1 has yarn dryer (vacuum) at water bath exit.
Draw stand 4 is equipped with lubricating spin finish roller, recycling pump and temp control system to achieve a constant homogeneous mixture.
Motor on roller drawstand Nr 3 and 2 to be able to work on more revolutions (2008).
(3) Stretch Ovens, 500mm x 3 meters long, with (3) independent temperature, pneumatic locking door with safety actuator.
The winding machine features 152 motors, automatic torque regulation and spools are adapted with 22mm dia axis attachments to Din 160/200/250 stds and COP. Winding Geometry control PLC to flange spools or cone tube. Winder with rebuilt engines and PLC regulation guides to allow manufacture with COPs spools (2008). Package sizes for nylon: DIN 160 = 1,1 Kg. DIN 200= 2kg - 2,1 Kg. COP = 900 grs.
Cast aluminum drums to collect yarns during machine set up.
Additional notes:
The production line has regulated forced air ventilation in the yarn direction.
Lubrication equipment (2007).
