MachineOWR Foam Line,
DescriptionYou can run up to 64 inch widths on this line. It was used to coat and saturate woven and non-woven mats, close cell foam, carbon fiber and felts, piping net on this line. The air flow is pulled down and excess coatings are recycled. Dried and cure through the three gas ovens (natural gas fired) up to 205 degrees C. Can be adjusted upward to 400 degrees C with some modifications. It was run at 180 degrees C for the current application. All ovens are Honeywell controls. Gas ovens were only exhausting hot air. It will take three transports to move the line.
