Description	Hunter Imperial Model 40A (60") Garnett, 20-30, double doffer. Proctor Model 729 Tandem Feeds (60") with magnets. Fiber Controls Ceiling Condenser (60"). Wise Shaker 60" Chute. Clark 48" Blending Picker. 20 ft. x 42" picker feed conveyor. Horizontal Cross Lapper (111" Laydown ) - HD I-Beam & wood aprons. Floor Apron - H.D. 4" flat aluminum slat apron. 8" Compression Rolls. Rollup and Automatic Cutoff with Kick-out apron (aluminum aprons). Pillow conveyer - 2 sections 18" wide x 18' overall length. Pillow Stuffer for smaller pillows (10" x 20"). Pillow Stuffer for larger pillows (22" x 36"+). Electrical Control Panels. Main Power Disconnect Switch. All motor drives are 220/440v 3-phase. Misc. 4-Bag Filtration System. 12" High Pressure Fan. 12" diameter heavy gauge ducting and transitions. Aluminum extension conveyors. We have spec sheets with all of the line control settings for just about every pillow size there is in both dry and slick fibers. This information is invaluable and will eliminate a large part of the learning curve and a tremendous amount of work. This line is set-up to run both batting and pillows. Line purchased new or completely rebuilt in 1986. The line is in excellent running condition.
