(20) Additional heat zones on screen changer, piping, spin blocks and spinnerets (heater zone controls replaced 1995 yr).
(1) Hitech Hydraulic Screen Changer, automatic, (2) sets of screens, 1998 yr.
(1) Single Spin Beam with (4) spin boxes, each spin box with 4 spinnerets, single thread line per spinneret.
(4) Quench Chambers, two on each side, each quench chamber has two heated draw rolls 4.5" x 8" wide.
(4) Sahm DSG4006 Takeup Winders, 1988 yr, four cop, 24" traverse, 3-5/8" paper tube, individual variable speed motor per winder and individual motor and stop motion per thread line.
All motors, drives, controls replaced 1995 yr.
