(11) Additional heat zones on screen changer, piping, spin blocks and spinnerets (heater zone controls replaced 1998 yr).
(1) Berlin Hydraulic Screen Changer, manual operation with (3) sets of screens.
(1) Single Spin Beam with (4) spinning pumps per side with spinnerets, each spinneret with 3 positions.
(2) Quench Chambers, one on each side, each quench chamber has four positions, 48"W x 12"D x 72"H, four draw rolls under each quench each of the thread lines, 3.5" diameter.
Two roll heated godet rolls per side, 4.5" dia x 8" wide.
(13) Sahm 300E Takeup Winders, 1998 yr, double cop, 19" wide, 3-5/8" paper tube, individual motor and stop motion per thread line.
All motors, drives, controls replaced 1998 yr.
