| Description | Hydraulic pressure, last used as gas -fired machine, firing on top roll, 20-HP Marathon Blackmax motor 230/460 v, max. safe 4200 rpm.
Roll set-out:
Top Roll - Steel, Chrome plated, 80" face x 16" dia. gas-fired, 4" bore.
Middle Roll - Filled, khaki-wool, 74" Filling x 18" diameter (maybe 19"). Note: Roll originally had 80" filling, but has been ground angularly to 74" actual face.
Bottom Roll - Steel, Chrome plated, 80" face x 16" dia., also with 4" bore.
ONE Spare Filled Roll 80" face x 19" dia. (New - still wrapped).
Frame: old style "A" frame requiring rolls to be removed from the top down.
Reported in excellent condition as was rebuilt by last user, taken from production floor about six months ago and placed into storage. |
