TubeTex "Super Pad" Dye Padder with hydraulic horizontal swimming rubber/rubber rolls. Two stainless steel mixing tanks with electric mixers, ARO stainless steel transfer pumps. FabCon Six-Bay gas fired tenter with vertical return pin chain. Features E&L Un-curlers, E&L rail guiding, six bays, pull-out screens. Has a recently upgraded General Projects exit with fifty yard capacity roll accumulator, two-roll batcher and dumping roll table. Machine features FabCon re-circulating air system to control emissions and conserve energy. All controls recently upgraded to Reliance Variable Speed Drives system.
